Peaty's Tubeless Conversion kits are beautifully laid out with easy to follow setup instructions. These conversion kits are available in a variety of configurations so that you can ride with the perfect tubeless set up whatever your discipline: road cyclocross XC enduro downhill - all good to go. Every conversion kit features a handy installation guide on the box with QR links to step by step YouTube videos for each stage of installation - rest assured that the installation process will be slick and swift. WHAT'S INCLUDED? 2 x 120ml Tubeless Sealant pouches 1 x 120ml for the 21mm Road/Cyclocross option. 2x Tubeless Valves. 1x 9metre roll of RimJob Rim Tape which will approximately fit: 5x 26' Rims. 4x 27.5' Rims. 4x 29' Rims. 4x 700c Rims. KIT OPTIONS Road/Cyclocross - 21mm tape / 60mm valves / 120ml Sealant. XC/Urban - 25mm tape / 42mm valves / 240ml Sealant. DH/Enduro - 30mm tape / 42mm valves / 240ml Sealant. DH Wide - 35mm tape / 42mm valves / 240ml Sealant. PEATY'S RIMJOB RIM TAPE Peaty's RimJob Rim Tape is a super high-tensile strength tape primed with a bespoke adhesive which ensures maximal bonding. It has a tried and tested degree of stretch and the large rigid recyclable core allows the tape to be pulled and applied with tension contouring your rim tightly for the best fit. The semi-transparent finish makes locating the valve hole quick and efficient. PEATY'S TUBELESS VALVES Peaty's Tubeless Valves are machined from premium lightweight 7075 anodised aluminium. What makes them a leap above the rest is both valve cores come with integrated valve core removers which makes valve removal and sealant top up a quick and efficient process whether in the workshop or on a ride. TUBELESS SEALANT Peaty's tubeless sealant is an ammonia-free non-hazardous latex-based tubeless tyre compound. Our sealant lasts up to 6 months in the tyre in temperate climates* won't ball up in the tyre and is easily washed out with water. Our lightweight formula seals quickly and effectively while our biodegradable glitter platelets take care of holes and tears up to 6mm. added corrosion inhibitors prevent degradation of tyres and rims. Our biodegradable glitter platelets are derived from starch extracted from sustainably managed Eucalyptus trees.
